DEPARTURE
The shuttle departs daily at 6:00 AM from the iconic I Love Petén sign in Flores. Please be at the sign by 5:45 AM to allow our drivers time to load luggage and ensure a prompt, on-time departure.
FLORES TO BELIZE CITY
From Flores, enjoy a scenic two-hour drive through the landscapes of the Petén region before reaching the Guatemala-Belize border.
BORDER CROSSING
Border crossing times can vary from as little as 10 minutes to approximately one hour, depending on the volume of travellers on the day. Once you have cleared Customs and Immigration on the Guatemala side, our Belize driver will be there to greet you and accompany you for the remainder of the journey.
STOP IN SAN IGNACIO
After crossing the border, we make a brief stop at our San Ignacio office at 46 Burns Avenue, where passengers continuing to Belize City will board, and any guests whose journey ends in San Ignacio will disembark.
SAN IGNACIO TO BELIZE CITY
From San Ignacio, it is a comfortable two-and-a-half-hour drive to the Belize City Water Taxi Terminal. Upon arrival, our driver will be on hand to assist you with:
- Water taxi tickets to the Cayes (Caye Caulker, Ambergris Caye)
- Taxi arrangements to Philip Goldson International Airport
- Onward connections to other destinations within Belize City
- Connecting bus service to Bacalar and Chetumal, Mexico
